well i've been through several banks (RBC wasn't bad, but my dad decided to just leave his business there and move all our personal accounts over to BoA).... i go with the knowledge that i have several idiot friends who work at banks, so as long as i can keep record of everything (and monitor electronically) i guess i will be happy- there will just be days like today where i can't go out and spend any money because someone forgot to dot the i's and cross the t's
