i'm not a run and gun ( or stab ) kind of guy

i like to use strategy / defense / claymores

i would much prefer sniping

i really hate the run and stab people - i wish they would make lightweight not run so fast

you just have to get 100(?) kills with any pistol I think.

Yeah its weapon by weapon...for example with the M9 pistol...I think after a certain number of kills you unlock the red dot sight...then the silencer...then akimbo...then tactical knife...then extended mags

I'm probably wrong on the order, but thats the basic premise

also one of the 5 default classes comes with a tactical knife on one of the pistols, if you want an idea of the difference...basically it stabs quicker, and stabs in more of a poking motion, rather than the lateral slicing motion of a standard knife

I was playing TDM in rust this afternoon, and had my best match ever. 9 killstreak and finished with 25 kills to 11 deaths. I was running around with my tac knife and killing motherfuckers left and right. Got 4 at once one time. then got additonal kills from the sentry gun that I got from an airdrop.

Felt pretty damn good about myself after that. will prolly be on tonight again.

^hahah, yeah I set up a class with OMA and a noob tube. Pretty damn effective, but I only use it when teams are camped up like in the trenches of Wasteland or the central building of Derail.

Damn I had alot of fun with The White Warriors last night...too bad I decided to go prestige and wound up sucking major ass once again. I never appreciated a noob tube more until I had to wait until I could actually attach one! Plus no red dot =

Oh well, the extra challenges are nice and its fun to notice how little time it took me to get to lvl 10 compared to my first time through.

Unfortunately...I dunno if I'll be on much this weekend/next few weeks...gotta finish my renegade Mass Effect campaign and then ME2 comes out Tuesday...I already know it'll consume my life haha!

I'll definitely need to hop on to keep working on my prestige!

yea i can't waste my attachment on a red dot sight although i do like them

plus i can't use something like bling over scavenger

i really like the iron sights on the FAMAS but some of the other guns are lacking

acr is good - i cannot fucking shoot with the ump even though it can rape face

I keep trying to use the P90 but the recoil is just to bad. Using a MP5 or UMP with sleigh of hand has been much more effective for me.

i think i'm going to not use marathon for my ump class and use bling with silencer/red dot

i don't really move around that much when i use it on favela

i just move from roof to roof quickly with lightweight and shoot down at ppl

in WaW i never used a silencer because there was a recon called in every 30 secs but on this game i always use a silencer

why give away your position since nobody calls in UAVs

I think I'll only find the red dot necessary with the A4, I hate those iron sights! The FAMAS doesn't seem to be too bad.

Last time around I mostly used the SCAR but I found the recoil to be too much to handle even in bursts.

I don't mind bling(pro) on a couple of my classes mostly because I'll use the primary and secondary equally and probably die before I run out of both...on the rare occasion or 2 that I do run out there's plenty to choose from on the ground...plus you get a challenge for killing someone with their own gun.

Red Dot on an RPD seems ludicrous to me... I do use it on my M-16 though. The main benefit is that it gives a zoom-effect and picking of snipers is ridiculously easy. Although I can also do it with an RPD fairly well with burst shots
