Lost epilogue released!!

About 6 questions answered about a few things that may have been bugging you including such vital ones about why babies can't be born on the island and the Dharma pallet drops. It even answers the Hurley bird question.

Although this mainly just made me feel sad about how much I miss Lost .

yeah that's what i figured. i just didn't know if i needed to add spoiler tags considering there really isn't anything to spoil anymore.

i didn't think the epilogue was that bad, or that it wasn't worth the time. it just kinda of reaffirmed a few things we already knew, such as the polar bears being there for genetic experiments. and i had pretty much assumed that the supply drops from dharma had been running on an uninterrupted schedule for years. it does seem kind of weird that dharma would've been shut down for 20 years, and those 2 guys in guam never knew. even they would probably have to get more supplies from somewhere.

and i guess the pregnancy issue was directly related to the island's electromagnetism in general and not just the incident since pierre chang wasn't using an alias and didn't have a prosthetic hand yet. in that case, maybe ethan's mom spent some time off the island after becoming pregnant and returned late enough in her pregnancy so she wouldn't be affected, similar to how claire, jacob and MIB's mom, and rousseau showed up late enough in their pregnancies as well. not sure if that had been discussed earlier, but i think it's safe to assume that it was just the island and not the incident as some people had speculated before.

About the two guys in Guam... someone had to still be signing their paychecks so I guess the Dharma Initiative is still out there doing something, just not on the island.

^^ I see it more like the entire operation was automated. The Dharma Initiative was dead, but the bank account that automatically paid for supplies and salaries was still around. Or maybe Whidmore or one of the Others was paying for it somehow. Doesn't matter anymore.

The epilogue was okay. Didn't add much, but didn't take anything away. I'm just glad I didn't have to buy a dvd to see it, I would have been disappointed.
