Fire him. He has only won as many games as he has from errors by the opposing team. He has not won any competitive games by actually calling or running the appropriate play. Generic Bowl games are for universities whose academics pay for sports. NC State has too much alumni support and funding to deal with someone unable to adapt. Beating UNC is not a measure. 6 years and no BCS birth is unacceptable. Let him assist somewhere and let the big boys play.

It's been 25 years for gods sake.

The fact we haven't made ONE championship game in football in the last four years with a subpar division is ridiculous. Hell under Amato we took the #1 defense in the country and almost lost every game. Somehow even with an NFL QB we weren't even competitive for the ACC title even once in four years.


You need to win most games in college football which means you have to play to win all the games. Playing conservative can make a bad team 4-4 or 5-3 but it also limits a good team to the same record.

No one gives a Shit if you go 4-4 with a bad team. Ok maybe duke does. I don't. Stop trying to go 5-3 fuck face. Try to win as many as you can.


Today ended our brief four year run as a competitive football era. It's over as of today. We aren't going to be able to rebuild from here under TOB the talent base isn't there and he doesn't have the recruiting ability to do it unfortunately. New era.

i feel you guys and we were on the cusp with amato but didn't wait for wilson. we are on the cusp with glennon but amerson fucked up the seaason. we are much better than average. we beat the alabama on our schedule this year. chew on that for a while.

it has taken multiple dropped touchdowns or blown coverages for us to lose games on the last play this year. theres no we we should not be 9-1.

doesn't matter that it was chapel hill. You lose to anyone that way, its grounds for termination. We started playing "not to lose" with 8 min left in the 4th qtr. Then, the ball, all 3 time outs and 1:24 left, we try and play for OT. You don't play for OT on the road. Then, they put in the best returner in the ACC and you kick it to him, not out of bounds. Atrocious. No knowledge of the game.

Get rid of the receivers coach while your at it. Dropped passes lost us the game just as much.

You throw the ball because of the drops. If you are dropping the ball a lot, 2 yard runs arent going to get you a first down.

This coach is horrible. Shutting the offense down in the second half lost this game. Every fan except his idiot supporters knew this would lose us the game.

Next year will be atrocious. Glennons arm has masked just how putrid our offensive talent is.

With a new QB, zero running game, a patchwork oline... It's going to be really ugly.

On defense our line is our only bright spot. I shudder thinking back to 2009 about how we might look with a brand new secondary.

We could easily be a 2-6 type ACC team next year with a 20+ point loss to UNC. UNC looks like they will be the top program in their division for the next five years and we look like we'll be fighting with BC and Wake not to finish dead last in ours.

It sucks we kicked mustafa off the team, he might have been able to win us the game today.

I'd be more upset if we shut the bed after being down 15-0 and had some 41-10 debacle. We had solid playcalling,good decisions by Glennon, and the D held up enough to get us back in the game. The team has a Jekyll/Hyde problem, with some of that definitely due to coaching or the lack of it.
