Daryle and Merle are going to be 'spared', but thrown out of Woodbury. Daryle is suppose to lead Merle back to the prison, however it's all just a set up for Merle to be the Governor's spy.

Damn you AMC/TWD, damn you. I was expecting more from tonight's episode, but it was anticlimatic. Deaths: Oscar, Penny, the lady w/ the new group, and a few random Woodbury people... I was hoping for more.
