haha that is actually probably where i'll end up (i know several people who will probably end up going there)- thing is i went there earlier this week, and there is a good chance i might end up there again tomorrow for the games


we have a friend coming into town tonight for tux fittings tomorrow, and i was trying to come up with some ideas- i know they will probably not wanna go downtown, i'm just struggling to come up with ideas

i haven't taken intellectual property yet, planning on taking it next semesterrrrr. i was supposed to take it this semester but i had to drop it (well, that is the story i'm sticking to...i didn't want class on mondays). i think there's some kind of electronic commerce type class too that sounds kind of interesting or over my head. probably over my head.

yea it is pass/fail a lot of places. but i have to take this test for it this summer (like the real one with the people that mean business) and they do quantify it. apparently it is actually hard. its because ethical questions, in real life, are NOT multiple choice. there are a variety of acceptable solutions to any problem, not just one. it is so stupid.

You are either ethical or unethical. No one 100% ethical, so I would say yeah it stupid to quantify it, but not stupid to question you in ethical scenarios.

^ yea i mean you should be questioned about ethical scenarios clearly but there is never a right answer in real life. and it seems like EVERYONE in law school is on the unethical side. i always got tripped up because things seemed bad/wrong to me, but they were actually ok. luckily there is a # we (lawyers) can call (or email) in NC whenever ethical concerns arise and their one and only job is to advice lawyers on ethics
