Tanking this season could've set us up very nicely this offseason, but with all the picks JR has he should be able to let us trade up some. I'm really interested to see where we end up drafting. If we don't get a top winger through the draft(unlikely) then I hope this is the offseason where JR finally gets one in FA.

I'd like to see us trade up to get Cam Fowler, Erik Gudbranson, or Brandon Gormley. Could be a solid defense coming into next season if we bring back Pothier or sign a free agent.

That would be a very nice defense heading into next year. I'd really like to see Borer or Rodney take that 7th defenseman spot. Probably Rodney since Borer likely still has some work to come all the back from that neck injury.

It sucks that we're on the receiving end of that record, but that's not exactly a record that's going to be talked about often. It does blow that Cam Ward's name will be attached to it. Overall, I don't really give a shit about it.

There's one guy on there that comments on every single thing the Canes post, and most of the Albany and Charlotte stuff too. Dude is wasting his time trying to talk sense into those morons, but for the most part he at least appears to know what's going on in the real world, unlike 99% of the folks that post on the facebook feed.
