Actually VERY hard when you are 500 miles away from home, happens on Sunday night and you have work pending over your head the next day. AAA tows within 100 miles, to tow another 400 miles would cost me close to $1k.

Part was $552 (fuel pump+fuel filter), labor the rest of it ($147/hour in LA)."

The "how hard..." wasn't directed at you personally for not doing it yourself, it was for all that labor. Five hours? And if it's not in the tank...are they taking the seat out stitch by stitch?

Installed new front speakers to go with the new head unit installed a couple weeks ago. Ran wire for handsfree mic so it's not just hanging out there anymore. Install complete.

You can only see the electrical tape used to keep the wire in place if you're looking for it.

How about "What has someone else done to my vehicle lately?"

For the second time, someone decided to drive straight into the back of my parked car. This asshole at least had the sense to leave instead of leaving his car parked IN mine like the last dummy.

Now I have two sets of bolt holes pressed into the bumper and the paint is all cracked.

^^ Damn. I posted my shit without even reading the recent posts. WTF

^^^running the same as before; no changes in power for a while.

next big ones (long-term) would be master bushing set and coilovers once these 15 year old shocks really go

^"seafoam"

this two-tone was a factory color option on the 88-89 240sx coupes

Nice. We painted my housemate's hatch that same two-tone combo about two or three years ago. One of the best factory color options IMO. It technically was offered on hatchbacks in Europe for a short run, but very rare.

Also reminds me of a color combo I've seen on JDM Silvias. I'm assuming it's the same color. Really nice choice, and unusual on a hatch.

Got one

And this fucking screw managed to break my Philips head bit 2 nights ago. I had another Philips head bit, but that one broke last time I had to removed a frozen retainer screw.

I've drilled them out before and I'd rather not go through that headache again. Using an extractor kit I almost burnt out two drills, so no thank you.

Torch anyone?

Impact driver is your best bet. Other option is to take a BFH and a punch and hit it a bunch, that usually frees them up enough the impact driver can get them

Exhaust Shop installed a new cat. I installed the upstream O2 sensor with ease. I can't get the downstream O2 sensor off at all. Should have let the shop do it. now I've got to go back.

I anti-seize all 02 sensors because if the exhaust gets rusty at all you can twist the bung right off if you aren't careful.

^^^&^^^^At this point I think my Integra's original O2 sensor is now "one with" the exhaust system, haha. Good thing they used a quality sensor

Replaced the Integra's front rotors and pads this past Friday...I think that's the 4th or 5th time I've done that on this car, hahaha.

This week im planning to tint the tail and 3rd lights on it as well...trying to get rid of as much red as possible.
