What do you guys use the most of? I tend to build as many lightning towers as humanly possible and I just barely beat 100 levels of Easy. I must be doing something wrong. I haven't been able to figure out what the water (or whatever that is) tower actually does. Does it only hurt certain types of enemies?

The goo towers? They just slow the runners down (very important).

And honestly the only way I could make it to 179 was by concentrating on killing helicopters, and juggling the non-flying runners.

Question - when I go to a webpage in Safari that has someone's email address as a link, and click on it to write them a message, it does something weird. It looks like a mail app window (i.e. no address bar, to/from/subject/body lines, etc.), but if I decide to hit the home button mid-message, and click on mail, I don't see the message I started. Also, if I click on Safari from the home screen, it opens up that message, and there doesn't seem to be any way to open a new tab/switch to other tabs until I've cancelled or sent that message. Am I missing something?

Juggling = cheating to me.

I FINALLY beat Classic mode on Medium PERFECT. No removed towers, 20 lives, max score.

Farthest I've gotten on Endless is ~115, no juggling or rerouting.

^^I checked it out this morning. It's pretty nifty. If you've ever played Loco Roco on PSP it's pretty much so a blatant copy of that. Not that that's a bad thing since LR is one of the most fun games on the PSP. This is actually one of the few games that really makes sense to use the tilt sensor on the iPhone instead of just using it because there isn't really any other choice. I guess what I'm trying to say is it's actually a better gaming experience than (practically) the same game is for the PSP.

anyone have a good car setup? my stereo doesn't have an aux jack, so I can either do a casette adapter or FM transmitter. everything i read about FM transmitters is that the FCC has them all crippled, and they aren't worth it. basically it would be nice to have a cigarette port charger that also doubles as a mount (gooseneck with a rigid cradle type thing), and leaves room for me to plug in a casette adapter. it's illegal to wear earphones while driving, right?

also, is there a way to search your songs within the iPod app?

it doesn't charge the iphone 3g because apple was retarded and decided to take away firewire charging in the 3g

unfortunately, the vast majority of ipod accessories (speaker systems, car docks, etc) use the firewire 12v pins to charge...

this adapter takes the 12v from the firewire pins and steps it down to 5v on the USB pins


also, p.s.: the second version (the Drive+Play 2) DOES charge the 3g - it's only the first gen one with the monochromatic screen that doesn't charge it natively

originally I didn't see the setting to have it check every 15/30/60 minutes, and it was set by default as manual. 15min isnt bad, then...hopefully it isnt too taxing on the battery life. but it's weird why Yahoo can push email but Gmail doesnt.

i have a push exchange account on there as well as two gmail accounts that i set to 15 minutes

i get about a day out of my battery if i don't charge it at all throughout the day... but i have a charger just about *everywhere* i go... work, car, home, i keep one in my backpack, etc.
