omg this may be the dorkiest thing ever BUT when i went to the symphony tonight, i thought it was going to be like cover songs by the symphony of the pointer sisters (if you are unsure who this is, google it because you will recognize EVERY song...70s and 80s pop music, so good). they did one earlier this year that was abba and it was just like abba with strings.

BUT the pointer sisters were actually there. like it was more like a concert with just the symphony in the background. it was so amazing i didn't realize they'd be there and that i would recognize EVERY SONG and know all the words.

anyway, if you are bored tomorrow there's a 3pm show. the only bad part is a) the old people (average age crowd like 79 and like only 40% of the crowd gets into it but geriatric people dancing=hilarious AND geriatric people watching black women rock out and looking overwhelmed=hilarious) and b) the 1/2 half (20 mins) is actual opera songs (no offense to the classical gurus) and it is slightly boring. but the second 1/2 is the pointer sisters and it was sooooooooooooooo fun. <3 80s pop music haha. so cheesy, so good. and they look AMAZING.

so if you are bored tomorrow you should go. because no one is buying tickets i think all tickets are like 15 dollars haha. it was fun. seriously.

Nah, I've been working my way up there. I ate at US Sushi the other night and it was pretty good. But I want to try the Indian restaurant and the japan steakhouse up on 68.
