All of these guys are giving the company line "best two teams" shit, not a single person disagreeing, because otherwise they risk losing ratings leading up to the game and the game itself. Three chances, three failures. And it's not like the Bama players didn't know what was on the line. They weren't blindsided by this game. They knew how good LSU was and they knew what was at stake.

OSU was away, playing an ultimately bowl-eligible opponent right after they'd found out the Women's BBall coach had died. Oh, and they lost in 2OT. I'm not saying it's a good loss, it's bad and fairly embarrassing, but I don't think it's bad enough to ignore that Bama choked four times in one game when they last played LSU.

Yea, the plane thing is reallllly being overdone. I could see if there were football coaches involved. But these were like the Women's golf coach, swimming coach etc. I really doubt 18-22 year olds got all that worked up about random people they had probably never met.

so let's look at everything OSU did wrong AGAINST A FUCKING NOBODY. did they not know what was on the line? and don't give me this crap. did you ever stop to think about the coaches? these were their coworkers and friends. This is a community that had probably all been on that exact plane in the recent history. THAT hits close. Maybe the players were ready to play and the coaches weren't all there.
