I don't really use recipes.

Slice some zucchini and put it in a colander and salt it and leave it to drain for like 15 minutes. Then pat it dry and use it like noodles to make whatever kind of lasagna you'd normally make. I use cottage cheese instead of ricotta, red sauce with mushrooms and spinach and sometimes other veggies, and soy ground beef stuff. So I kinda doubt you want to make it exactly like I do.

Well, I'm not THAT lucky! A blowjob would round it out nicely, but alas, no.

Skeds. With lots of parmesan cheese.

[Edited on January 4, 2010 at 4:45 PM. Reason : cheesy skettis]

i like sketti with equal parts sketti sauce AND cheese sauce. Ragu makes a nommy cheese sauce in a jar.

alas, i am done with carb-heavy dishes for a very long time.

ok so instead of eating something with my salad i'm just going to make some orange ginger chicken to put in the salad so it will be

spinach salad with:
bacon
hard boiled egg
roma tomato
cheese (dunno what kind)
onion
orange ginger chicken
maybe some toasted sesame seeds
and balsamic

I've got chili in the crockpot, and I'm going to combine that w/ steamed green beans, and probably some homemade sour dough.

my dad even thought it was good and he is picky

he said the chicken was good but when i told him how i made it he said it was "weird"

he is like a little kid you just have to give them food and not tell them what it is

Porilainen http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Porilainen
Jansons Frestelse -kinda like scallop potatoes but with anchovies and onions http://veryswedish.com/swedish_recipes/jansons_temptation.html
Vitlök Potatis (Garlic Potatoes) - kinda like scallop potatoes but just potatoes, garlic, salt, and whipping cream

Mom cooks alot of stuff when we're home

If Jansons Frestelse (never had it) is nasty I'll just heat up some creamy cajun chicken pasta I made last night

the country ham was some off of a whole ham that my grandparents got for xmas. i don't know what brand it was. i think it came from warsaw, nc. granny saved a few slices for me and sent them with me to raleigh. no, i don't put coffee in it. i can always taste it. i just pour water in the pan after i brown the ham and simmer it all down. some folks put instant coffee in there just to darken it up, but this ham makes good dark gravy.

[Edited on January 8, 2010 at 7:41 PM. Reason : you can get some at the nahunta store at the farmer's market, though]
