dude's a piece of shit, with probably a little bit of genuine craziness about him...time after time he has done controversial shit that has gotten him and his team into trouble, and you'd think that by now he'd have realized that he had a problem, and toned it down if only in self-interest ...but that doesn't seem to be possible for him. I think it's only a matter of time before the dude gets traded/dropped, or steps out of line once too often, or too outrageously, and gets himself banned from English football for a long time.

Sure Balotelli was acting in bad form when doing a jersey pop to Manure fans but its not the first time that has been done. Then he did the smart thing and tried to set off Rio further and it worked. Smiling and winking isn't going to merit a response from the FA. If any discipline is taken by the FA Rio should bear the brunt of it.
