If the Devils lose on Friday the 27th in Chicago they will likely lose to the Canes the next night. Case in point being this past Sunday where they dropped 4-1 to the Bruins and then proceeded to scrub it up the next night against the Flyers. While I don't like seeing the Devils lose I would rather if they did that it be to the benefit of the Hurricanes.
