I can't get a good grip on the bar with gloves.

I don't ever wear a belt unless I'm squatting over 405 and have been dieting in the previous weeks.

Belt when doing heavy squats and inzer wrist wraps when my wrists start acting up when I bench.

how do you hold the bar for doing front squats? my wrists don't support any weight when I do front squats, but my shoulders get bruised if I go heavy.

I started keeping a training log last week, but my heart's racing so much after lifts that I can barely write legibly.

I might get a PDA for doing this so I can keep a dietary log as well.

i felt the same

when i was doin my first set of power clean, i struggled terribly, i didnt think i was gonna be able to finish set 2 and 3

somehow i did, and i finished better than i did last time i did power cleans

first set is the one i always gotta be mentally tough for
