ok so i've been working at the same place for two years and my boss is here only once in a while. Well, recently we had a new employee come along so there's three of us now, and the other girl that's working here is now starting to get really bitchy to me for no known reason and has become like the other girls best friend. So guess what they do. They tell my boss that I am performing poorly at work!! When SHE is the one that stays on personal calls for 30 min at a time and doesn't tell me so I have to take up her slack. Finally, I got ill and told my boss about it and he was like 'Both of them have already talked to me about you." It makes me so upset! I have been as nice as possible (until this past week) and the first girl is talking about me behind my back and making the new girl 'tell on me'. I don't know what to do. My job is mainly answering phones and sorting mail... and just for today I have already answered 43 calls and she has only answered 23! And this is normal!!! HOW IN THE WORLD CAN they be telling my boss that I'm being slack?!

I already told my boss that I'm looking for a new job and he's pissed, cause he know's I work my ass off.

by boss is basically hr, he's the owner! And I don't really think I should go to the investors or the other co-owner, because they're in st. louis. It is a chain corporation though, so I could always talk to other chains and ask their opinion, but they would just call my boss and ask him about it, and I don't want him thinking that I'm trying to get him in trouble or make him look bad.
