I'm pretty sure I played 06 on the regular xbox. It sucks in comparison to the old version. The largest annoyance is you cannot skip the little cut scenes after a shot and some of them are long (and after you have seen them 500 times it is more than enough. Also for some reason sometimes you get the heartbeat of death. Much easier to see in person.

Also the whole betting system sucks. It takes someone 5 minutes to punch in the right combo and slows down the pace of the game by a lot.

it gets hard...you have to hide a lot because mobs of people with guns attack you and the enemies get bigger, smarter, and stronger...the last level is like a good horror movie...it's VERY intense...you have a 2x4 on fire instead of a flashlight...so your light is your weapon...i won't give away anything else

i just had a 15 minutes long police chase in nfs end with me breaking through a roadblock and landing on a car...that's a bunch of crap...i couldn't drive in either direction

not so much, but still enough where they are selling for 500-550 regularly on ebay. just depends where you live. i live in orlando, so the demand is pretty high since we got locals, tourists, and ppl that work here from other parts of the state.

I finally got myself a 360

Saw some tips online that BB would be getting some this morning, so I waited for about half an hour at the BB on Glenwood and got one fresh off the truck when they opened @ 10am.

NBA 2K6 is freakin' insane...I love that game. PD0 is great so far in co-op mode...I'm a HUGE fan of co-op games (like Halo1/2, Unreal, etc.)

Couldn't be happier!!! Wait, 'cept I didn't get that free media remote since I guess mine wasn't in the first million or whatever

^^ Most units you find now won't...only the first million or so units had those remotes as a "launch limited edition" thing.

EDIT: However, I guess I didn't realize I'd be getting a 25' ethernet cable and a headset in there. I wish they would've axed the price $10-$15 and kept the stupid headset.

The PS3 might have higher performance hardware and 1080p support, but it's the development environment that matters. Most producers have already said that the X360 environment is probably the best to date. Microsoft XNA is revolutionary. Sony has nothing like that. Heck, even Nintendo's development environment has been 2 notch ahead of PS2's all this time.

DOA4 finally came out! That game is amazing. Was playing online last night and had to fight the Halo Spartan on the halo stage. It rocked! Besides that the game just looks amazing.

I'm so glad I bought the 360 instead of that 7800 series video card!

I had like a 16 minute clip from Titanic, which was taking up an insane amount of space. There were also multiple gay songs. I now have saves from 2 games, one video, and one CD that I put on there, and have about 13 or 14 gigs left

do you have to have a separate Media Center Extender for XBox 360 to be able to access DVR and things off your computer? I can pull up music off my computer but can't use the full Media Center features...I have an Media Center Extender for XBox (not 360) and it doesnt work with the 360
