i was wondering why his playing time went down but I guess, like the article says, he played his way into an invite.
"With three games left in Salt Lake City, guards Julius Hodge and Heath, along with power forward Kenny Adeleke, seemed to have played well enough to earn an invite to Seattle’s training camp this fall. "

Wow, talk about a career going down the shitter. From 1st round pick to having to "earn" an invite to training camp. 7/17/2007 1:25:26 AM |

he needs to either:
1) beef up and get stronger and/or 2) develope a jump shot
if he wants to have any kind of career in the nba 7/17/2007 1:35:51 AM |

^^^getting shot on the freeway in your car multiple times is a lot more gully than wrecking your bike in a parking lot
^perhaps, but he was acc player of the year...based on summer league numbers it looks like he still has a chance at a deep bench player on somebody's roster

^^ I'm not convinced he wasn't worthy of a first round pick, he has just had bad luck by:
1) being drafted by Denver, a team loaded with SGs and a coach not interested in developing him
2) a bizarre, random shooting incident 7/17/2007 6:15:17 AM |
