Grant has some fucking baffling turnovers. Engin was trying some crazy shit, and McCauley passes before he looks. They obviously had scouted the play and he tried to do the same thing over and over.

I think playing at home and playing a bunch of white guys made us too pumped up and caused the guys to try risky plays. On the road, we have been much smarter.

That was quite possible the dirtiest, most poorly officiated game I have ever witnessed in person. But the crowd was absolutely deafening and the booing was extreme. When the whole 12,500+ crowd was chanting "REF YOU SUCK! REF YOU SUCK! REF YOU SUCK!" at the top of there lungs it was unreal, if the crowd could get technical fouls we probably would have like 20. But that was ridiculous, when we get not one, but two technicals on two of our most mild-mannered players you know something is wrong. And now you know why nobody has ever heard of Marist, playing such dirty, unorthodox basketball: taking only threes, and fouling so much that the last two minutes take 35+ minutes is dirty and gay. Man I thought ACC refs were bad too, whoever has to deal with those guys probably is ready to slit their wrists.........But we won, so it's all good.

Hah. That place was all over the refs and Sid was constantly yelling at them during the game. The last 3 minutes seemed like a damn eternity. The Marist coach would just put guys in there with fouls to give and kept fouling.

on a side note, brilliant fucking work event staff. We line up out front and then they tell us that up front is for will call and that we needed to go line up around the side. Everyone runs over like a bunch of 12 year olds. We get up and wait. Out of 4 doors they only open half of one for people to come in. It was like herding cattle. complete bullshit.

honestly, i'm almost completely unbiased when it comes to officiating. with that said, tonight's refs were ATROCIOUS!!!!! i mean, fucking christ! everyone in the bar was in agreement. the refs were trying to fuck us over bad. and i'm in fayetteville, so it wasn't a pro-nc state or pro-acc crowd or anything.

i want to say FUCKING AWESOME!!! to the crowd. i could hear y'all over the crowded bar i was in. no lie. y'all were loud as fuck, especially when booing the refs. a+++++!!!

i agree with the bad officals and calls, yet there were a lot of times i heard boo-ing when the refs made the right calls. I mean they called a foul was on the floor, instead of a shooting foul, not neccessary for tons of boo-ing. Couldnt see at all what was the reason for the techicals, but im guessing Horners was for saying something to the bench, prob. provoked by them though. Overall though, bad refs, and we def. let them know it. Loudest REF YOU SUCK, and YOU STILL SUCK chants ever heard.
