if its 4th down and they want to get the other team back as far as possible...other than that...

unless they want to catch them off guard on 3rd or something like MTSU did to us a few years back.


I cant think of any other reason except maybe tooooo...run clock?? but why not just run the ball...hmm, run clock and give the other team bad field position.
