Forget the bonus and move on - 1300 is not worth it, especially if you factor in the opportunity cost. You need to factor in the costs you will incur to stick around for that 1300. If its anywhere near breakeven than you have to ask yourself if it's worth the emotional baggage.

Do you currently get benefits? Do you have health coverage? What is your training/degree?
