Got my mount finally yesterday, makes getting around a bit easier.


Really enjoying the game at this point, if they add Tier wide chat, it will help fix a lot of issues.

You can get it at lvl 20, along with a last name as well.

It took me a bit longer since I keep making new chars, plus leveling the zealot was slow. I am going to stick with my zealot(lvl20) and BW(lvl17). Seem to be the best options as of now. Tried a WL on one of the new bonus servers, the class is a lot of fun, but kindof sucks. Also had an IB, but got bored with that.

So when do shadow warriors start being to actually do damage? I am 18 and if I get more than 2 things on me that are my level I am toast. My damage in RvR is meh.

Never played one, one of the few races I haven't.

Just make sure you are playing toward your strengths, and picking your targets correctly. All the races I've played I've started off terrible and eventually figured out how to be effective.. just takes some time. I think in the long run you'll be fine, there are a few classes I've heard have been awful till like lvl 25+ and then all the sudden it was like a switch was flipped.

Wow, good call on the alphabetical names. Imagine my frustration when Xenu the Sorcerer was ALWAYS last. Been doing a lot of keep sieges, leveling on nothing but open RvR. Shit is fun.

We had a guildmate do the same thing, his name started w/ an A and he was bragging about how he was always first or in the top.

RvR is a ton of fun, just need to be on a high pop server or with a guild to find it. Hopefully they increase the RvR incentives a ton, it would help greatly.

I rolled a Shaman, and I'm having a lot of fun with the class. It's pretty interesting how they designed the Gork and Mork abilities. It encourages hybridization, and it's great.

Yeah shaman was my first to 10. I love the glitch with Bunch of Waaaarg or whatever where it sounds like you are punching your target over and over.

They've already reached 750,000 players on October 10th. I guess I'm on an empty server, though. I don't see THAT many people.

I think one of the main problems for me has been that. There's not as much of a community as Warcraft.

Yea, the next month will be a real test for this game and its community. Lots of people are back in WoW now, checking out all that the new 3.0.2 patch has to offer or whatever. I really think they're going to have to consider server mergers and things of that nature in this game before too long. Having a really "active" server is kind of few and far between. I'm on Volkmar and it's pretty active, but I think that's the exception, not the rule.

Thinking about a destro alt on an open that my buddy plays on. he says its a great server.

The 2 servers I play on right now are very active as well even though one is a low pop, the guilds are constant rvr.

Server transfers are coming next week, that will shake some stuff up.

They messed up having to many servers, and it is making the appearence that nobody is playing. I would suggest rolling an alt on a high pop server. It is a much different game, and you level a lot faster because there are people around to do stuff with.

Yeah I rape face with my Sorcerer if I have decent heals. Me with a Shaman and/or Zealot is pure death. Also liking my Squig Herder, but I'm not a big fan of his server. Dark Craig has been great so far and I may stick with it.

So, im looking to do the fall to death 25 times achievement. anyone know of a good place that where you spawn is close to a cliff?

surprisingly, in most areas i've tried, after the 1st time it won't kill you on repeated jumps. it will just send you to the healer, w/o a death.

Try Gunbad dungeon. Right at the start just walk straight forward and its a long fall and you respawn right at start of dungeon.

I always wondered what the hell the dwarf in the first movie was all about, dual wielding axes with little armor sure as hell wasnt the Hammerer (which is gone for good) or the IBer.

Also, RvR dungeon like Darkness Falls fom DAoC is coming soon.

Not banking on the next playable classes being free though(after Kotbs and BG).

Dungeon is a great idea, and hopefully we see that soon and for free.

They just need to get to 1.1, have it improve performance and get the new classes in. Hard to tell if the game is doing well or not just yet.. I don't think it has been as successful as it seemed it could be at first with the original shipments of the game.

Well, they hit 750k at October 10th, so I'm expecting a 1 million announcement anytime soon. I hope it hasn't plateaued . We'll also have to watch out for those leaving to go back to WOTLK.
