Wow. Still not gone? I would say that the UNC win took some heat off, but TOB showed absolutely no signs of letting him go.
I was hoping that was out of courtesy, allowing Archer to finish out the season. Season's over. Why is he still here? As far as I'm concerned having Archer as the DC for next season only has one positive. By the time August gets here I won't have any problems being patient for the season to start. Seriously, zero anticipation on the upcoming season. What's to look forward to? Another 4 or 5 win season? Or less considering we don't have Gardner-Webb and Murray State to beat up on. 12/16/2009 10:46:27 AM |

^^ I agree. It's kinda like a check to make us realize that we're not that good. We think we could have pretty decent players, but to keep us in mediocrity, TOB keeps possibly the shittiest DC in college football around to make sure the fans only expect to win 5 or 6 games, at most, next year. I really hope (and I'm sure somehow he is) TOB is a lot smarter than me (us) and recognizes something that will work with the D and can be good, but that's just me with my NCState optomism.. Dude shouldn't have possibly had a job after Kentucky, why he still has one.. I don't know 12/17/2009 2:49:13 AM |
