I've played 7 games in this league and 3 random head to head games, and only once did I experience lag. The other times have been impressive to me, because it is pretty much an identical experience to playing offline.

I'm going to assume the game speed is at slow? because I played a random online game that I hosted and set game speed to normal and it was perfectly smooth and ended up winning 4 - 0. yet these league games are choppy especially when I'm about to either run in on a loose ball or try and defend...there is a second pause.

The game speed is normal as far as I can tell. I don't think there is even an option to change any of that when you create the league.

ok..... i dont even know where to begin. i dont own a wii, but i usually play fifa 09 once a week or every other week at cody's. but cody has been wanting fifa 10 and me too, but hes got a system that works (my 360 is broken as hell). so he went out and purchased it earlier tonight and we were both excited to play it tonight............................well, turns out fifa 10 on the wii might be worse than eating shit... im not kidding. fifa 09 on the wii is awesome. we are still playing it and enjoying it. free kicks are so much fun and shooting from 30-45 yds is great too. but my god, fifa 10 first off looks like either a child or stan lee designed it.

the options are comical (literally, not funny, comics-style). the set pieces can only be done by shaking the remote. you cant aim at all on pks or free kicks or corners. you have to actually save on pk's and free kicks too by shaking the wiimote at the time it lights up and tells you to...its so stupid. the gameplay isnt that bad and is pretty fluid, that and keeping up with profiles is prob the only good thing i can say for it. the manager mode is trimmed from last year, somehow they made less of a game 1 year in advance. there is no money in the transfer market. you buy players according to how many stars you possess, whatever the fuck that means.

and we keep going... in manager mode you cannot change the difficulty level during mid-season and you also have no way of setting a time. you are stuck with 2 min halves.....seriously, 2 min halves. who the fuck designed this game, my 9 month old nephew??? apparently your players never get tired either so you never have to sub. and a final thing i can think of at the moment while im pissed as hell... you collect/gain points for cards you can play to give your team/players a boost before games. im pretty sure madden did this shit too like in 06 maybe and its the dumbest fucking thing ever. i remember in madden you could play a card that gave your kicker the ability to hit a fucking field goal from the other god damn side of the field...now we didnt get a chance to use these cards but we read about the shit in the manual, online, and in a reader review online....so fucking stupid.

lastly, you guys are prob lucky i made these comments, because cody prob wouldve ripped this game even harsher than i did....and he still may too, haha. so anyone with a wii, i tell you right now do not purchase this game for wii unless you feel like wasting 50 bucks

I think i'm Atletico actually. I have 2 names cuz we have 2 ps3's in our house, one's mine and the other is my roommates. we only have 1 copy of the game so wherever it is is the name i play on. if it messes people up i can leave the league with one of my names. i thought the league was just so we could play each other, i didnt realize that there was a playoff system so i guess me having 2 names kinda messes that up. sorry...someone tell me how to leave?

I got booted from the game against laxman and it gave me a loss... no huge deal but it was lagging like CRAZY the whole first half too...

When Apocalypse and I played the other day our second game was laggy like nothing I have ever seen before. It was weird because we had just played the first game like 10 minutes before and it was smooth as glass.

^^There has got to be something wrong with laxman's connection, or he must have something transferring data on his computer that he doesn't know about. We just played and it was the dumbest fucking thing I have ever seen. Like playing on a 28k modem. It ran about 1 frame per second, and you could literally study the entire field for every move while it was frozen to decide what you were going to do. We drew 0-0 of course. If that happens again I'll probably just quit and take the loss.
