Last time you guys picked a QB in the first round, it was Kerry Collins!

Don't ever do that again!

great news! the panthers don't have a first round pick to blow on a terrible qb this year anyway!

Anybody think there is a chance with all the good QBs in this year's draft that say a Bradford because of his injury falls to 2nd round?

Believe it or not, Bradford is still being projected as a top-5 pick in most mock drafts I've seen. I think Colt McCoy might be a better possibility. Him or the guy from Central Michigan

^few things in the offseason could make me happier than if the Panthers managed to draft Colt McCoy.

I just hope they actually get a decent QB unlike when they got Stewart, though at the time I thought that was completely terrible he has proved otherwise.

I think it would be cool if they could somehow trade the Steelers for Dennis Dixon and put the old teammates together and see what they can do. lol Anyone think I'm crazy? I do...

Didn't know where to put this.

Thomas Davis torn ACL out for the remainder of the season. This is a huge huge loss for the defense as he was easily the team MVP the first half of the season.

Dan LeFevour would be an awesome fit

You guys don't need to pay another QB such a high salary.

If Tebow has good Senior Bowl practices/combine he could be a possible 2nd round pick. Of course, if he looks good at the pre-draft stuff I don't see him falling that far.

I expect the top 2 QBs to be Bradford and Locker, with McCoy/Clausen in some order, then Tebow.

That could leave Max Hall, Zac Robinson, and Case Keenum as possibilities depending on who goes. Snead is in the mix if he goes, after a very disappointing season. Keenum would fit better in a West Coast offense at the next level in my opinion. Maybe Holmgren takes him?

The more I think about it though, the more I see Zac Robinson ending up a Carolina Panther.

There's a lot of QB talent, but not a whole bunch of teams who would take a QB early. I can't think of any team except the Rams that will almost undoubtably take a QB in the 1st. Only other possibilities I can think of are the Skins, Browns, and Seahawks. Maybe the Titans and Raiders, but they've got a lot tied up in recent first-round QB's.

Meaning we might get a guy like Colt McCoy to fall to us in the second.
