Ok so Steam holiday sale is on! This one is amazing. They have 6 objectives you can do in the games that are on sale each day. New one now until New Years. You either get a gift or a lump of coal. Mount and Blade collection for like 8 bucks. Graphics suck and the game feels kind of unfinished, but the mounted combat is unparalleled and the multiplayer is really fun.

Looks like some good sales on today. Orcs Must Die for $3.75. Dead Island for $10. LA Noire for $5. Any comments on these, as I have not done either but seriously considering picking all 3 up.

I'd recommend LA Noire. Visually nice game (the facial expressions are very realistic), very different than what I've been playing recently so it was a great break from the norm. Just enough action/"puzzles" for me.

I think if you sat down and played it all the way through, some may say a little repetitive a la Assassin's Creed, but I use it as a break from my other games and thoroughly enjoy it.
