Jokinen isn't playing for Finland because their management is incompetent and there is a ton of politics involved. Campbell isn't playing for Canada because he is garbage. It's the same reason Mike Green isn't on the team. With all their fire power they have no need for defensemen who have no idea how to play defense. I never even heard Campbell's name in discussions at all. He wasn't even one of the 16 defensemen invited to orientation camp.
