so somebody help me clarify this, everybody keeps saying City's going to have to cut players for the new rules but I was looking at their roster and if you add up only the guys who get playing time and aren't out on loan + Milner/Balotelli, you get 25. Basically City's selling off a portion of their homegrown players and replacing them with foreigners, which is not OK by the new rules.
