I love ECU fans...they are a lot more fun to compete w/ than unc fans. i've been to plenty of ecu games (wife and sister are grads) and they enjoy us a lot more than unc as well (tailgating w/ state and ecu fans is >>>>>>> unc and ecu fans).

that being said...i hope we murder the pirates this weekend. the last thing i want is to lose and have to hear a drunk pirate dressed ecu fan screaming in my ear as i quietly leave the stadium (this is guaranteed to happen if we lose).

What I meant was that I hate that there are so many bowls whose importance has been diluted by the greedy NCAA. The Liberty Bowl used to have so much more respect.

It's frustrating not having a winning season, especially when all you have to do these days is win half of your games to make it to a bowl game. I think and have thought since his hire that TOB would bring us back to prominence and hopefully to the next level. It took a while but I think and hope we are starting to see this turn around. So yes, I miss those days.

Our D-line was reshuffled and has alot more size now that Dixon is out for the year. Our 270 tackle is now our big DE, which is the way it should have been to begin with but we were experimenting. See the difference between UNC and USM with the running game.

How many of ya'll knew that TA McClendon's little cousin is starting at LB for us now? He's a rsFreshman, I think. He's not too bad, just green and out of position from time to time.
