A good idea, but the message got a little scattered. Usually they're razor sharp when going after this sort of thing...trying to cover the ideological sprawl of the Occupy movement hampered their ability to really hit certain points as hard as they normally can.

What's the deal with the premium product placement these days? Every episode there is something that stands out like Jameson whiskey or Red Robin. Even in the "Making of South Park" special Trey was wolfing down on some McDonalds like a fat ass and obviously promoting it. Shit's gay.

It was so out of place. Trey said something like, "This was his little bit of sunshine" and then the camera did a close up on a big mac and then the chicken nuggets. Don't they have enough money at this point? I can understand trying to incorporate things you love into your "artistry" but on a behind the scenes special? I would probably reference Final Fantasy games and shit if I had a TV show. Trey is obviously a fat ass but it just kinda feels like a grab for more $$$$$$ when it's shit like Macaroni Grill.
