Already had LBP and Infamous, so I got Wipeout and Super Stardust HD.

Apparently, one of the first things Sony did at E3 was address "the elephant in the room" and apologize for the outage.

I got LBP last night and think I'll go with Wipeout for my next. I used to really like the old PS1 Wipeout games. I really can't stand sandbox type games anymore so no inFamous.

^My guess is that a sandbox type game means you can build what you want, like in LBP where you can build levels.

Quote :
"A video game with nonlinear gameplay (sandbox style) presents players with challenges that can be completed in a number of different sequences. Each player sees only some of the challenges possible, and the same challenges may be played in a different order. A video game with linear gameplay will confront a player with a fixed sequence of challenges. Every player sees every challenge and sees them in the same order.

A nonlinear game will allow greater player freedom than a linear game. For example, a nonlinear game may permit multiple sequences to finish the game, a choice between paths to victory, or optional side-quests and subplots. Some games feature both linear and nonlinear elements, and some games offer a sandbox mode that allows players to explore an open world game environment independently from the game's main objectives."

If you've been procastinating on getting the Welcome Back benefits, it's been extended until 9 AM Pacific today. Means you got 2 hours to take advantage of it.

I got LBP and Infamous... LBP was boring to me, but infamous was fun- only put about 2 hours into it though. I would just rather be spending my free time outside
