well just like any other google product that has come out...its in a testing phase...gmail used to be invite only

Does anybody else find the lack of profile walls to be rather stifling? It's strange, a couple years ago such a public way of communicating person to person was unusual, now it feels like an essential part of online life

I know you can do the + or @ to tag people in your own posts, but posting a message to somebody on your own wall rather than directed onto their own wall seems weird. Guess that works better for when you want to tag two people right. On fb, whose wall do you post it on if its tagging more than one person

Is there a single problem with Google Wave that is not also present in Google+? I feel like it's the same thing with different styles applied to it. I still don't know where something that I share is visible, and the wretched Buzz still exists, that I am forced to use in order to do public shared items in Google Reader.

^^^I find that frustrating as well. If you think about it there's the shit like email, messenger, making a private circle post, and hell even just making a limited circle post (Friends) and tagging them in it (like I did with Erica) but for some reason its odd to not be able to go to their profile and write to them.

I was added to a friends "circle" and I clicked on the "join" link


prior, it hadn't worked, but when going through her email link, it gave me the option to join- and I did! I have no idea what I'm doing though

you do the same thing as you would here- just type their name in the status and it tags them (or at least gives you the option to)
