I'm slightly optimistic. We have guys on the mend (especially Wallace adding to the o-line) and a bye week. I think it will really help to get some guys healthy and try to shore up some of the problems from these first games. We also get to face VA on the other side of the bye which is a nice match up. Despite all the criticism, TOB's teams thus far have improved over the course of the season so hopefully this year won't be any different.

All of that being said, expectations are an NC State fan's worst enemy so who knows.

we've played undefeated #1 teams in conference and tied for #1 team in big east with 8 of the top 15 defensive side injured

and we played GT / Wake within 5-10 points each (both of which will now be ranked) all 3 are top 30 teams

now, i'm just guessing here, but hopefully carter got mad at bryan for being a mark-ass bitch.

george bryan has been a major disappointment on offense and way too unreliable this season. he drops more shit than pigeons, and he has been outright inconsistent all season. i don't know what his deal is, but he needs to step up if he wants to protect his draft status.
