Duke will be fine. Good team who will improve. Obviously no title this year but should win ACC (we all know Syracuse always chokes - carmelo ain't walking through that door) and make at least Elite 8.

Next year they will be title favorites...

call me a moron, but I'm impressed with Maryland. caught some of their game today and they looked really good. I guess well know over their next two games against very good teams (Ohio State and GW)

Duke is surprisingly not very good this year. They could finish as low as 5th in the ACC.

I cant see them finishing ahead of Pitt or UNC (if they get hairston). Cuse looks better and uva might be too.

If they lose Parker and Hood as expected im not sure they are all that great next year either.

Im sure the acc refs will help them win a few but id love to see coach k new recruiting strategy blow up again.

It will be interesting to see how the ACC will adapt to cuse's zone defense. They looked pretty dominant against baylor. With jerami grant breaking out as a dominant player and the obvious skill of CJ Fair, i would like to see duke/unc taking a back seat to them this year.

The bias from the national media to the teams with the super fresnman this year is almost laughable.

They are all great players but the best TEAMS seem to be those with a mix of young talent and experience.
