Played decently, but Big Al getting hurt killed them. He's already pretty slow and the Heat play really fast. Add an injury on top of that, and he's moving in slow motion out there.

Heat got all the 50/50 calls, and there were some absolute phantom calls against the Bobcats -- especially on MKG. Oh well. Very much expected.

If Big Al really did feel something pop, they need to go ahead and sit him down. It's a shitty situation and very unlucky, but we aren't building for this year.

There's no point in him going out there and making it worse when we were never going to win the series anyway.

About the game, I thought we played admirably, and our gameplan wasn't bad at all as they took a ton of contested jump shots. We just ran out of gas in the 4th quarter.

Keys to winning the next game a single game in this series:

-MKG has to play more. He's the only one on the team who can guard Lebron, and he basically shut him down before going out with foul trouble. I'd actually like to see them go small and play MKG at the 4 with Henderson, Neal, and Kemba.

-Assuming he's healthy, Big Al has to at least try to play defense. He wasn't just bad on defense, it looked like he wasn't even trying at times. That might be injury-related, but still.

-Henderson has to make his damn shots -- especially the open ones. I thought he played decent defense; Wade made some tough shots. But he's got to score for us to have a chance.

-Give Tolliver some minutes to see if he can hit some threes. He's also the only other guy on the team he can possibly guard Lebron. I love CDR, but he has zero chance against him.

I thought they played well but lets be real, healthy Al or no healthy Al there still going to get beat up. They play great defense but they cant score enough. Jim Jones was off their bench lighting it up.

I still expect them to take at least one game. MGK did play good defense on Lebron despite getting score 61 on the last time he defending him.

MKG played his best game as a pro. If he ever gets a semblance of a jumper, he's an all-star.

Neal on the other hand was absolutely awful. Not just shooting, but he sucked at defense and made some awful decisions with the ball -- especially at the end of the game. Really starting to look like Bucks fleeced us on that trade. I miss Sessions.

I honestly can't believe the game was as close as it was. Gotta love the effort if nothing else. Big Al said he completely ripped his plantar facitis but kept playing. That is some extreme pain.

It was a playoff foul. There was no intent there to injure, but eventually teams have to stand up for themselves since the refs won't. If you even so much as breathe on him it's a foul. Every bucket Lebron had was in the paint to that point, and McRoberts made up his mind that Lebron was going to feel it if he came in there again. I don't see any problem with protecting the rim like that in the postseason. If he wants another helping Saturday, he can get it. NO. LAYUPS.

Get your money's worth and make sure he doesn't make the bucket too.

I'm pulling for the Bobcats. But he made no play on the ball at all and hit him above the shoulders (and by the looks of the multiple replays, lebron may have been exaggerating, but he definitely got hit hard). They always review those.
