that's a stretch

we're actually recruiting pretty hard for 2016 from everything i've read. 2015 was gonna be a small class anyways. if we miss on a couple of the big targets (like ingram) i assume we'll pick up a late guy or maybe a juco guy - which gott has already done a few times already.

Cape up for turner all you want but this is who he is. A 12-14 point a game scorer who needs a lot of shots to get there. Say he makes 4 threes a game, he would need to take 10 shots to get there, he is a 40% 3 point shooter.

I remember one clearly he jacked up on a fast break that he didn't even his rim.

Not exactly. 128 fbs teams and about 30 bowls so almost half the teams make it. Over 300 teams eligible for ncaa tournament, only 68 make it

you do realize that 2 of those tourney appearances were with Sidney Lowe's recruits, right?

It took Warren's miraculous play last year to make us even a respectable team and this year. The two best players on this years team are transfers.

Hey, if we pull Ingram this year or Smith/any high talents next year, throw this shit back in my face and run me out of town. I just laugh at people that call Gott a great recruiter when he is practically 1/7 in recruiting above average basketball players in the last 2+ years. I'm not including the Martins or Abu because we have no clue what they'll become.

8/17 is 47% on 3s. which is a fantastic percentage. it's also 24 points on 17 shots. we'd have to go 12/17 (71%) to equal that on 2 pointers - and that's not a likely scenario.

turner is a really good, although some times streaky, 3 point shooter. there is never anything bad about him hitting 8/17. that is a great performance

I rarely pick against State or less I'm 100% convinced we'll lose, this is a game I was 100% convinced we'll lose. Our offense is just not balanced enough to beat good defenses. Anya and Freeman showed zero improvement, I actually think Freeman regressed and thought he would develop into a good post player.
