I'm still on just not much. Done the incursion about 4 times. Can't get 200+ weapons without being high level dz and I don't feel like fuckin with the spergs in there so it almost feels pointless now to play everyday

make sure youre checking the BoO Special Gear Vendor every week; I have the 204 aug, and 204 SOCOM M1A and im not quite yet DZ 68.

DZ rank is becoming pretty much irrelevant come Tuesday; Hell you can avoid it all together now really.

They are making 204 weapons and 214/240 gear set pieces much more prevalent via incursions, high value targets, and named enemies in the Dark Zone. Weapon drops specifically are guaranteed from many activities.

You no longer need the blueprints from the DZ vendors (which require specific DZ ranks to buy) in order to obtain the best weapons.

Hell you don't really need to go into the dark zone at all with this patch. It may be quicker to gear a character up by going in but there is nothing in the DZ that isnt obtainable at an acceptable rate elsewhere.

So Ive been getting some 240 gear that I was reluctant to use because I wanted to keep my 3 striker pieces on for the 50% crit bonus. Well, I spent some time equiping some of my million green Pieces last night and after it all came out I am only wearing one striker piece but my DPS is 30k higher and my toughness is 60k higher, lol. I've been screwing up all along. My dude is now at 160k DPS, 213k toughness, and a whopping 17k skill power.

Just came within seconds of beating falcon lost on challenging. We were on wave 15 of 15 and had the bomb guy killed. All we needed to do was plant it. We're in the middle trying to heal and all of a sudden like 4 seeker mines came in at the same time and took 3 of us out in one pop. The other guy was quickly overwhelmed by the rushing agents. That was heartbreaking

Finally got with a good group and beat clear sky on challenging last night. Got two predators mark backpacks...neither of which are an upgrade.

Running a total skill build right now. It rocks ass as a complimentary piece. My skill power goes up to over 85k. Spa is only like 110, but with Smart Cover it jumps to like 160 and if you add someone with a good pulse it goes to over 200. Toughness at 350. If I'm in Smart Cover, I basically take no damage.

finally got in to play some last night and tonight. Did the weekly HVT's last night and tonight. Got a ton of 268 gear........all Lone Star . I honestly have no idea the direction to take with my character. I'm a full on tech build with >40 k skill power that gets over 80k once the tacticians thing really kicks in. I can do alot of shit that is good for a team, but by myself, i look silly. 112/312/40 is my line. I just really hate my DPS is so low. The only weapon i have over 100k right now is my submachine gun. Everything else is right at 100k or below.
