I hoped we'd clear the spread but that's okay. One hell of a hard fought game. If Brissett had made that pass to Hines on the free play it would have been very interesting to see the last two possessions.

It must be said though that Brissett is one hell of a QB. I don't think I've ever seen a QB as hard to take down as he is.

The missed field goal was a turning point for me. And we lost a bunch of yards on the play just before they had to kick it. I want that play back.

And I really am delusional enough to think we would have won if those couple plays had ended in a score of some kind.

Also it is getting really old watching Clemson QBs have video game stats against us. From Dantzler to Boyd to Watson (twice). Plus Spiller ass seemed to throw a TD every time he played us too.

The worst performance was by the crowd. Never have i ever seen such a poor showing for a big game in cf. I winder how the game wouldve turned out in a loud stadium because i feel like some of those past upsets were due to "unforced" errors that were actually caused by the crowd pressure.

Man at the end of the 2nd we had a 2nd and 2 from the 17 and got cute withe a shuffle option then called a timeout on 3rd down and came out and jacoby thru a lob straight to dayes in the flats with 3 guys coming at him. That could not have been the play call

Still mad about the no call at the 2:30:50 mark. Especially the commentating following it claiming great D. Maybe I'm looking at it wrong.

DB obviously has a hand full of jersey keeping Grinnage from jumping. I think he catches it if he is not held down.

^ And yeah, Grinnage was held pretty badly on that play. I still have no idea why we used him so little this year.

awful sequence for the game, of course, but also for the rest of the season in hindsight
