Ref blew the clear catch even after a challenge which led directly to the strip sack TD. Talib was offisides on the missed FG. That's a 10 point swing there and would have changed the game's complexion completely. The one thing I knew that if Denver shut down our run game(even cam) what then? I never liked our receivers and they played out their minds this year. This will haunt our guys. We get Benjamin next year. Turnovers hurt us til the end.

^^^^ the catch was called not a catch on the field, not enough to overrule. The FG he might have been offsides, but Cam could have easily been sacked anyways on the next play or an INT. And the worst blown call was the call on Talib when the Panthers player was the one that stuck his finger in Talib's face. The holding call on Thomas' defender was a good call.

The Denver D was EASILY the biggest reason for the outcome, not even close

The problem with the holding call was clearly that the same shit wasn't called earlier in the game against Denver. It was a clear hold but at least two times earlier in the game holding/dpi wasn't called.

^ well, I did say that Carolina looked really really unprepared. Or over confident with the spread or something. Played really bad. But that D was nuts. And this wasnt against an average offense, this was against a team that had been KILLING other teams, including those with good defenses in the playoffs
