fair enough. Not trying to put words in your mouth. The "just" seemed to trivialize the sickness of his charges. If i walk into a room and someone is raping a kid and another guy is beating off to it I see very little difference in the two. Maybe a little more ire for the rapist but they both deserve a bullet. This is an oversimplification, I know, but it's really the crux of the argument. He doesn't have to actually touch (molest) the child to be held to the same standard. IDK ... just seemed to make light of it like "its not THAT bad to watch kiddie porn as long as you dont actually rape children." Im sure its not how you meant it. I was just saying that the phrase "just possession" of child porn sounded to me like "come on man who doesnt have a little kid porn on their computer. Its not that bad." Like i said. Im sure its not what BB meant but symantics made me . And my example of the rapist and the guy jerking was meant to create a real life scenario how would you judge the two people if you walked into a room and that was happening. Me, I'd justifiably shoot em both because they are both in the act of a sexual assault. ^3 I get what you're saying but to be fair not all participants in adult porn are willing participants and watching that, which can be difficult to distinguish from consensual adult pornography, also builds more demand and results in more people being forced into that position.

with that in mind, are you against people watching all pornography, then since it can all so closely tie to creating a demand for rape?

Interesting question. The answer is no I have no issue with adult porn provided it isn't resulting in rape. I do think you are right that some participants are unwilling and that is unacceptable and the people responsible should be brought to trial and punished. But I would think that about 99% is consensual (maybe I'm wrong). Yes, I get your point that creating a marketplace by viewership does provide an opening for these types of human trafficking/sex crimes but because a completely legal market place does exist and participants are willing to fill demand (and profit from it) I don't think an all out porn ban is warranted. However, in no circumstance is there a legal (or humanly acceptable) market for child porn so I think the adult participants and viewers are equally guilty in its creation and existence.
