Well my WRs are killing me....pick 2 out of this bunch:

Andre Johnson thursday vs Denver
Anthony Gonzalez at Oakland
Crayton (probable) vs Philly
Sidney Rice vs Chicago
Cotchery @ New England

Johnson, Gonzo are my current starters but both have bad matchups....????

i'd def stick with johnson, and i think i'd go with gonzo over cotchery.

how about Fargas(Q) vs. Ind OR Selvin Young @ Hou

My gut says Young; Fargas is hurt, but will probably play. It also depends on how much Shanahan plans on using Travis Henry.

I need 3 WRs, help me out.

Torry Holt Vs. Green Bay (definite)
Brandon Marshall at Houston
Laveranues Coles at New England
Santonio Holmes Vs. Jacksonville
Donte Stallworth Vs. NY Jets

Also, Maroney has pissed me off this season. Should I start Aaron Stecker over him this week (never thought I'd ask that question)?

^go with steck. At least he is on a team competing hard for a playoff spot and is guaranteed 20 carries against a hurt Ari defense. The pats will throw the ball all game to run up the score on the Jets.

OPINIONS NEEDED!!!!

A. Stecker v. Ari.

Or

J. Fargas v. Ind.
????????????

(I also have S Alexander, T. Henry, and S. Young but they all split carries)

^^^ you gotta go with Fargas, he gets so many carries that he is more reliable. (L. Jordan is a douche)

S. Young gets the start and more carries for denver but they give it to T. henry in the red zone. You just need to hold on to one of them and hope that the other gets injured....

Yeah, that was my opinion. I'm hoping that NE will have to throw b/c my Jets play the greatest game in NFL history, but what are the chances of that? I still need help deciding on the WRs.

Like I said earlier, Fargas is injured, and may share carries as well. So, I'd go with Stecker in that, but keep an eye on Fargas' condition.

ESPN has their playoffs in a 2 week per round format, so weeks 14 and 15 are the semis, and weeks 16 and 17 are the finals.

After week 1 of the semis I'm up 116 to 44 on my buddy, so I'm playing the Jets defense and Testaverde this weekend to give him a fighting chance

Baltimore's Defense @ Miami or
Tampa Bay's Defense vs. Atlanta

also in another league

Baltimore's Defense @ Miami or
Green Bay's Defense @ St. Louis

I picked up the Bucs D in both my leagues

I think they're a strong play, probably top 5 for defenses this week

probably take the Packers if Berlin is playing again

I think all my defenses are good this week, but its hard not to play against the only winless team in the NFL

How bout this dilemma

Pick 2 WRs

- Chad Johnson
- Andre Johnson
- Brandon Marshall

I'm going with Johnson and Johnson but Marshall has been consistently good

yeah i'd go with johnson and johnson, or switch out ocho cinco with b-marsh

how about this:

Quote :
" Receptions (1)
Reception Yards (20 yards per point)
Reception Touchdowns (5)
Return Yards (20 yards per point)
Return Touchdowns (10)
"

given that,

do i start Anthony Gonzalez (Ind) at Oakland
or Devin Hester (Chi) at Minnesota?

i say hester

oakland's pass D is actually good and i dont see the colts passing much in the 2nd half

i say hester

i think gonzo is a nice play with harrison still out but hester should get at least 150 return yards and 10 points per return TD is awesome if he should take one to the house

also oakland's pass defense continues to play well...Favre tossed 2 TDs on them which iirc were the 9th and 10th passing TDs oakland has allowed this season...I'm sure Peyton will toss a couple himself but I dont think he's gonna go off...I really like Addai in that matchup

i say Jackson just cause he's the primary back and Lynch will be sharing carries...also they'll get Jackson involved in the passing game...but Green Bay's defense is a lot better than Cleveland's

Pick 2:

Reggie Williams vs Pit
Jabar Gaffney vs NYJ
Kevin Curtis vs Dal

i actually like cotchery and williams

cotchery had some success last year against NE and garrard is throwing it well for Jax...Gaffney is good but NE has so many weapons...Philly will have to throw on Dallas so i'd probably rank Curtis 3rd but who knows how Philly will play

couple questions.

big ben, nursing a shoulder vs. jac or kurt warner against a shitty new orleans secondary

thomas jones in the snow vs. the pats or fred taylor against pitt?

I probably like Warner better...is Boldin back?

I definitely like Taylor better than Jones...Pitt's defense is good but so is New England's, and the Jets are gonna have to start throwing early...even with Taylor splitting carries with MJD I think the Steelers Jags game will be a lot closer than the NE NYJ game so therefore Jacksonville wont have to abandon the run in the 1st quarter like the Jets

boldin may be back, he's been limited in practice the last couple days. i'm leaing towards starting ben and fragile fred. another dilemma:

chad johnson(@SF), fitzgerald (@NO), colston (ARI)

thinking fitz and colston

3 solid WRs

i have Ocho in both my leagues so I'm biased, but SF's defense is bad so I see Chad getting maybe 7 catches for 90 and a score

I've got Palmer in both leagues, and he's killing me....i'm down like $500 so far this season combined

RB's:

Gore, Portis, Maroney, Taylor

I'm sticking with Gore, and thinking about taking a chance on Maroney against the Jets in what is shaping up to be a nasty weather game....opinions?

You guys are that sold on Cotchery? I know he had a good week last week but the damn Jets won't let anyone know about injuries or aren't very good at it. Would you guys start him over Gonzalez, Crayton, and Rice???

^^I'd go Lynch.

Pick 1:

Coles Vs. New England
Holmes Vs. Jacksonville
Stallworth Vs. Jets

I'm leaning toward Holmes.

I understand that benching Tom Brady would be retarded, but is this one time where maybe I should if the weather makes the Pats run the ball over and over.

He's reached the LT/Faulk/Holmes threshold

What do you think Welkers value is? I would see him as the most viable Pats WR this weekend and would hope he could catch a bunch of short routes and maybe a TD. Only backup I have on the bench is Burleson.
