Yeah, not true at all. Plenty of guys knowingly do that, and some do it unknowingly (it's not clear if they would care or not.) I think it's a good idea to get tested for STDs together, but beyond that, a lot of people don't pry into their signifcant others' sex life. (BTW, I advocate a six month celibacy period for a couple.
