homemade pizza! even though I made the crust super thick and apparently it's not a good idea to use a whole jar of marinara sauce

1. hellllllllllll no

2. he didn't tonight... and I'd prefer it if he never did, so whenever he buys ranch I throw it away

Last night I grilled some chicken, sauteed some mushrooms and onions(with a shit ton of crushed red pepper on top), and threw it all in a cheddar and jalapeno pita. Delicious. I forgot my pepperjack cheese though

cut about 1lb of chicken into bite sized pieces
for about 2 minutes, cook 1 cup of diced onions and 2 cloves of garlic in 1 tablespoon of butter
boil penne pasta in water + little bit of olive oil + dash of salt
add chicken to the onions + garlic, and stir/cook until brown
add in 2 table spoons of lemon juice, 3 tablepoons of parsley flakes, 1 teaspoon of oregano
add in a can of diced tomatoes
add in a can of marinated chopped artichoke (drained)

stir

drain penne pasta, add to the rest of the meal

stir

serve... top with feta cheese... salt and pepper to taste

hah, I guess it's not shit that most people have in their kitchen off hand. I make out my dinner menu on sunday, and then go grocery shopping for the week...
also, as for spices and herbs... I cook a lot... so my kitchen is STOCKED

A microwaved chicken pot pie. This after a bunch of junk food.

I'll try to do the crockpotting of stuffs later this week.

I greatly enjoyed it when I threw a frozen chicken breast in the crock pot, poured some of a bottle of marinade on the chicken, and let that beeotch ride for about ten hours.

same here- we have almost every spice/herb/marinade/seasoning pack you could want- over 2 cabinets full

I wish I cooked more than I do, but I have a feeling I will start cooking more in my new place

I made a good bbq chicken bake last week- first time I've done that in years

i am having semi homemade mac n cheese

i start with:

(except the sharp cheddar kind)

but when i make it i don't just use that cheese packet, i add butter and milk too to make it creamier and not as sticky (that squeezy cheese is kinda sticky) and then put it in a baking dish and add shredded monterey jack and cheddar cheeses (you can also add egg and breadcrumb mixture, too) and then bake for 20-30 minutessss.

and i'm making a side salad.

it isn't as good as actual homemade mac n cheese but it is easy and good enough. some breadcrumbs would have been good but i was out. i mean it has the clumpy (from the egg) texture and the like crust from the edges. which is what i like about baked mac n cheese.
