So very suddenly I despise my diabetic supply company and my insurance company. Confusing bills? Check. Complete lack of documentation of whether or not said supply company is an in-network provider? Check. Provider said everything was in order with my new insurance as far as applying for benefits? Check. Insurance company didn't pay dick towards that supply order? Check...

Great. Just great I think I just got jewed out of $300.

Oh great, figured it out. This order was classified as medical equipment by the diabetic supply company, which means it's applied towards the $1000 deductible (i.e. paid in full this time). There's a chance that this could be classified, instead, as diabetic supplies which would mean 75% coverage and would save me $237.78... I have to sign up for something other program to qualify for this, though.

And here I was thinking I had decent insurance.
