That is not a gun I see many, if any, local shops keeping in stock. I also imagine it would be a hard find at a show (Dixie is coming back august 6th I believe). I'm guessing pricing around what local shops will do for you in terms of ordering or gunbroker.com would be some of the best bets, but cheaperthandirt usually offers a fair prices as well.

Picking up a P85 tomorrow from a local pawn shop. Ruger P85 9mm with one 15rnd mag and one 10rnd mag. No box or papers. As told by the shop, functions fine, with some wear to the finish.

I'd like to trade for something just a little smaller. This post is just to see whats out there, if anything. I bought this gun for my friend who goes hiking in the mts of NC allot, and wanted something cheap and reliable for her to carry in defense of critters and people. However, *if* I can find something a little smaller that would work better, if not, this will work (its just a little on the heavy side).

I'd be looking for something like a .38/.357 revolver, smaller 9mm, even a .22LR pistol would work for her purpose. Anything that is smaller than this basically. No rifles or shotguns please.

Trade value $250.

A friend of mine also has a P7, he says it is worth every penny. It's a fun gun to shoot, but seems more of a collector's item than anything

Picked this up the other day, and just cant get into it like I thought I would.

DB9, comes with all original parts, papers, box etc. 63 rounds have been fired through it, so its at least part way broken in. NO FTF or FTE's at all, shot great, accurate for a little gun, nice trigger pull.

Paid $419 OTD, asking $400. FTF in the Raleigh/Youngsville, NC area, or will ship on your dime.

so yeah, the barrel cost a grand, not to mention the stock, bipod, scope, ammo, case, etc. Barrel has less 200 rounds shot through it, so its not even broken in yet. I spent well over 2k on it. I might come down a little bit from the 2k, but not much.

Its one of those, "be nice if I sold it, but don't necessarily have to" type things.

The scope is the Leopold Mk 4 LR 10x40mm with mil-dot reticle.

the price I've seen on those on gunbroker.com is around 1200-1500.
