the preview said something like NEXT WEEK THERE WILL 5 EVENTS THAT WILL CHANGE EVERYTHING ABOUT EVERYTHING

they showed locke messing with a speaker in the hatch that was making noise

and the hatch getting locked down

and what looked like the balloon

and sayid pointing a gun at someone

that's all i remember

also, why are none of them smart and suspicious enought to think that if he is an other that he made a contingency plan in case he was caught and planted the balloon or made up a story about a balloon he had seen?

let's think about this

we know michelle rodriguez has essentially been written off for being such a bitch. we know sayid is back in the hatch next week. we don't know anything about charlie.

i theorize ana lucia and charlie are searching in some area close together and sayid sees some ill shit happen to them/they get captured. this will probably be almost immediatly after they find the baloon in the tree, with them saying something like "oh I guess he was telling the truth all along". so sayid hauls ass back to the hatch, and upon arrival pulls his nine out and starts shouting and declaring how he's going to kill henry. that explains a few of the scenes from the "next week's episode" bit.

Sun's pregnancy test was made by "Widmore Labs" - the same company ("Widmore Construction") that was constructing a building outside the commercial studio in London where Driveshaft was making the diapers commercial, and possibly (confirmed?) the same company that Michael worked for.
