kevmcd86 what do you not understand? Some coaches are obviously religious, some not, so they have varying degrees of religiosity. Yet when they recruit religious kids, they play that angle up. "come to our school and we can be religious with each other, you'll get to heaven faster." So tommy bowden, when he was at clemson, mentioned in an interview about how he tried to make sure he had a bible on his desk or something like that when particular kids would come to visit, etc.

Well, on top of that, how can you dismiss Wake Forest? The UNC posters are talking about themselves and ECU as being the top 2 programs in the state while they are a combined 5-8 over the past 3 years+this year in-state...with ECU's only in-state ACC win being over...Carolina.

Yet, somehow they fail to account for Wake Forest who is 7-1 versus in-state ACC opponents over the past 3 seasons +this season (and 1-0 against UNC). And of course they fail to mention us who are 8-3 in-state over the same time period including 2-0 versus ECU and 3-0 versus UNC.

It's laughable how delusional they are. Sure I have not been happy with our team at all the past few seasons, but somehow UNC has developed the notion that despite the fact that they are 21-20 and we are 19-21 (2007 on) and 3-0 against them that they are a much better team.

Either way, how can anyone justify that ECU is the best program in the state and UNC is the 2nd best right now? lol. On top of that, they aren't even considering having to play us this year. They were basically saying "well see who the best program in the state is on Oct. 2nd" when they play ECU. I hope we destroy them this year, but somehow I feel like even if we do beat them for a 4th year in a row they would ignore that fact and declare themselves the best team in NC if they beat ECU.

State has the perfect storm rolling with Tanuta's defense.

UNC just lost close games to LSU and GT with 12/13 players missing.

ECU's defense will never do anything vs. ACC schools.
