saturday...well the gf put a few holes in my wall trying to hang shit so i may be spackeling those and hanging the rest. Also desperately need to find a TV stand

pretty fucking far. well i'm like halfway between downtown houston and galveston. sorta near where nasa is. so like 20 miles, but it takes like 40 minutes with traffic that never seems to die down.

what's probably my favorite bar ever is a good hour drive away, in north houston.

i miss living right in the middle of things all the time. since the suburb we are in is kinda family oriented and spread out, i haven't found a good bar near the house. and by near i mean within 8 miles. there's a couple of ok ones on the waterfront a little north, but i dont like driving too far at night after drinking much. also, have the added bonus of trying to avoid uninsured drunk ass mexicans that have a habit of just driving their cars into other people around here.

but i enjoy having a bigass house in the middle of a sweet ass neighborhood too, don't get me wrong.

finished two pizzas, 6 pack of coffee porter, about 3/4ths case o miller lite, and 1/2 the handle of bulleit. 25 hours in on skyrim.

however, this was just for friday and saturday night... had to be somewhat sober and busy on sunday.

i had nothing but pizza, eggos, coffee, water and booze for the weekend and it was great.

Tomorrow night: taking the offspring to the grandparents so we can have a date night
Sunday: continuing work on the raised beds and around the yard in the am until grandparents bring the offspring home
