a bunch of games have dashboard themes and gamer pictures

a few games have downloadable content

aside from roster updates in games like MLB 2K6 as the baseball season moves along, some games like Project Gotham and Burnout Revenge have additional cars, some of them for free...then some games like Call of Duty (i think) or some of the other FPS's have new multiplayer boards you can download

the mini-campaigns allow you to torpedo ships in pearl harbor, strafe troops on the beaches at normandy, and shoot down b-17s over berlin
