if you have middies or better. schwag isn't worth smoking. you could smoke an 1/8th of middies and be good for 2 hours (depending on your tolerance), but it's a shitty high. you'll probably have a headache later on too. as for b-sters, 3 bowls might last a person about the same amount of time. if you smoke 3 bowls of headies, you'll be good for atleast 2 hours, and it's a much, much better experience.

tolerance is key. just start with a bowl or two to establish a baseline for yourself. engaging in physical activities will diminish the high. different strains of sativas and indicas will affect you differently. you may get an energetic high, or a relaxing high. shop around - find what you like, and whatever suits the mood and setting.

around raleigh, you're more likely to come across indica strains since they're well suited for indoor growth. indicas typically induce lethargic/sleepy highs. the best of them, will crush you. as in, you won't want to get up off the couch, or probably couldn't even if you did want to.
